Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer standard and express delivery on all UK orders. Standard UK delivery is completely free, while express delivery is charged at the courier rate, calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- UK Standard: 3–5 business days
- UK Express: 1–2 business days
- International: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)
International Shipping
We ship to selected destinations worldwide. For international orders, any import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so there are no extra charges to pay when your parcel arrives.
Delivery times for international orders are typically 7–14 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.
VAT
All prices on our store include UK VAT where applicable. For orders shipped outside the UK, VAT is adjusted at checkout based on your delivery country.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Pen It Now Stationery is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.
